Show Management
Opex Exhibition Services has pioneered the creation and development of the Show Manager.
A single-point of contact dedicated to the customer and ensuring that the full range and scope of Opex's services are brought to bear to realise the client's vision.
At Opex individual Show Managers head up show teams - dedicated resources uniquely focussed on the exhibition and its participants. Each show team is thoroughly trained in the application and implication of each of Opex's services.
Our commitment to exhibitors is inseparable from our relationship with organisers. Our energies are uniquely directed to providing the highest quality customer care before during and after the show.
We underwrite these developments with on-going investments in staff, training and technology to ensure that our infrastructure matches our vision.
Exhibitor services
The Exhibitor Services Team is the arm of Opex Exhibition Services dedicated to the Exhibitor. The team will be in direct contact with exhibitors for all shows on which Opex are providing a core service. In the same way that organisers will have a dedicated Show Manager attending to their needs and creating their show as they require, so too do the exhibitors.
At Opex the Exhibitor Services team works to;
- build strong relationships with exhibitors prior to a show
check the fulfilment of all orders before exhibitors enter a show
- widen the Opex service offering placed in front of exhibitors; allowing exhibitors to buy a range of services from one contractor
- ensure that late demand for services is minimised
- ensure the Organiser is seen to be delivering enhanced customer service to the exhibitors through their appointed contractor
- offer a strong presence onsite which is clear to all exhibitors
Exhibitors can purchase almost every possible need for an event from one contact within the Exhibitor Services team. Options range from lighting and electrical requirements to standfitting extras, plumbing and graphics to full design led solutions. The result is one contact and one invoice for all Opex services.
Nationwide
Opex Exhibition Services is ideally situated and positioned to provide contractor services throughout the UK and mainland Europe. Our trained and skilled personnel are used to working in conventional and unusual venues around the country and we have a detailed working knowledge of all of the major UK venues. The Opex fleet is a familiar site on the motorways of Britain.
Projects for both organisers and exhibitors have taken us throughout Europe both to major exhibitions and one-off events.
